Submission guidance and policies:
1. Please submit papers in PDF format through
the SOSE web site. Manuscript should be prepared
following the Conference Publishing Services Proceedings
Author Guidelines (http://www.computer.org/portal/pages/cscps/
cps/cps_forms.html).Manuscript length is limited
to 6 pages. All papers will be evaluated based
on the relevance, significance, originality, clarity,
and technical merit. All accepted papers will
be included in the symposium proceedings, which
will be published by the Conference Publishing Services. At least one author of each accepted paper
must attend the symposium to present the work.
2. Authors should submit their manuscripts via
SOSE submission system of at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sose2010.
3. Please first sign up as an author and then
submit, resubmit or check review status of your
paper. We use the submission system to manage
the submissions of abstracts, full papers, reviews,
and notification/feedback to authors.
All accepted papers will be published in the
conference proceedings by the Conference Publishing Services.
At least one of the authors of each accepted
paper must register as a full participant of the
conference for the paper to be included in the
proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented
in person by (one of) the author(s).
