Fill the Hotel Reservation Form (Appendix 2)
A face copy of the VISA/MASTER CARD or the receipt(s) of bank transfer

Conference regular registration fee covers: conference proceeding and program, access to conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch during June 4-5, reception and banquet.
Conference student registration fee covers: everything as conference regular registration.
Conference participant registration fee covers: conference program, access to conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch during June 4-5, reception and banquet.
Every conference paper requires at least one conference registration.
Registrations for conference papers should be done by 3/20/2010.
members are required to show proof of their memberships when checking.
The registration fee for participants does not include proceeding.
