(1) The new camera-ready submission deadline
There is some delay in the process of author kit distribution and
submission website setup. We decide to textend the deadline of camera-ready
submission for another week. The new deadline is March 22, 2010.
(2) When we will receive the official Author Kit?
We have been working with closely to get the lengthy process completed.
We do not know when we will have the process completed. That is the reason
we sent you the unofficial preparation instruction, so that we can submit
the paper immediately once the author kit is here. I expect the kit to come
soon though.
(3) Where should the final camera-ready paper be submitted?
It will be submitted to site directly. The official Author Kit will
have the instruction of the submission site.
(4) Do you have the instruction for A4 paper format?
No. I do not think we can use A4 format. All papers will be put into a
single proceedings, and all paper must conform with proceedings format,
which is defined in "instruct8.5x11x2.doc".
(5) Do you have the Word file of the formatting instruction?
Yes, attached to this document.
(6) How many additional pages I can purchase for a short paper? For all
types of papers (regular, short, and abstract), you can buy up to two pages,
at the cost of $90 per page. |
